Yesterday at the break of dawn one of the biggest and most affluent Multispeciality hospitals in my city caught fire-rampant,blazing fire.90 people died-including doctors, nurses and patients. The fire trucks couldn't go around the building-too crowded, too urban. The fire spread.Blames were hurled.Media thronged and had a hayday. The pandemonium was aired live, and we watched wth growing horror.Lives went up in smoke.Safety Orders were issued back in September to the private(non-government) authorities,as usual heed paid stands at zilch.A probable problem of the Third World rich.Or of any World where money buys you a clean slate-however in the end you do live with your conscience.Which would gnaw you from inside out,or so we can hope.
Irony?
They went there to make an attempt at living.Let me not insult your intelligence by making it so explicit.
oh my goodness, that's terrible! just when life is wonderful and we feel invincible we are reminded of how short it really is...
