Or the new Design partner du Jour of For the Love of Blogs.Excuse me when I jump until the balls of my feet ache, yelling " I SO EXCITE!!!!SO,SO EXCITE"This past week has been amazing for me-amazingly awesome and productive that is.Vic offered me a design partnership and an opportunity to write for FTLOB-and also give the site a facelift.(that has been a secret desire of mine for a while now.one of my secret desires,that is).I'm currently working on the design and it will be up and running soon!Tell me you don't envy me right now-lie and lose your balls!I'll be posting simple design tutorials on FTLOB so stay tuned!Also, check out my first post here!

ReplyDeleteHi Shane!I think it's one or the other of the following things:
ReplyDelete1)Make sure you selected ".png" while downloading and 2) is the the most probable one- your template's photos are designed to be displayed in a certain manner. i see that your other photos have a heavy white background with drop shadows-and since the signature is also a post image,it takes on those attributes.Have been able to make it somewhat clear?
If you want I could take a look at your template!

Hey Sweta! I tried your signature tutorial but it's not turning out transparent on my blog? It has the checkerboard & appears transparent until I post it then it's on a big white block. Let me know if you can help! Thanks :)

WOW that's amazing news! I'm itching to start my web classes next term so I can start designing full time and open my own shop, but for now I will bask in my envy ;) Can't wait to read more of your tutorials and see the facelift! Congrats g-friend :)
